El ataque en 35mm!

Que sí, que sí, que ya está. Ya hay una copia en el festival de Gijón, otra en el de Almería y una tercera a punto de salir para el festival “Playa de las Américas” de Arona (Tenerife). El jueves pasado hice un viaje relámpago a los estudios Tecnisón de Madrid para la mezcla de sonido en Dolby SR:

Es un cine en pequeñito, sí. Dolby tiene más normas que un gremlin y hay que hacerlo en una sala así obligatoriamente. No os digo lo que cuesta la hora. Por cierto, justo antes de que entráramos estaban doblando “Gossip Girl”.

Bueno, pues le tengo que dar miles de gracias a Fernando Sánchez-Bayo de Séptima Ars, que se ha encargado de todo el proceso de transfer a 35mm y se ha volcado conmigo y con el corto. Él mismo ha mandado las copias finales a los festivales para ahorrarme tiempo y envíos. ¡Muchas gracias!. Echadle un vistazo al blog de la escuela, que hablan del corto.

Selección en CINEO Orihuela

En Orihuela, su pueblo y el mío, han seleccionado el corto en el festival Cineo. Qué bien que nos pille aquí al lado.

En L’Alternativa de Barcelona

Este fin de semana hemos estado en el Festival L’Alternativa de Barcelona para presentar el corto dentro de la sección Pantalla Hall (no pude evitar pronunciarlo “Pantalla JARL” y a uno de la organización le hizo gracia. Creo). Muchas gracias a María Zafra, la programadora de la sección, a Ana por tratarnos tan bien y a toda la organización por darnos cobijo y alimento. Queda una semana de festival y os recomiendo que no os lo perdáis si andáis por Barcelona, que van a poner un montón de pelis de esas raras de directores de nombres larguísimos e impronunciables que tanto nos gustan.

Certamen Ciudad de Soria

Estamos en la X edición del Certamen Internacional de Cortometrajes Ciudad de Soria y nos invitan al festival los días 25 y 26 de noviembre. No hemos estado nunca en esa ciudad, así que será un placer conocerla gracias al festival.
